It's back! After taking a couple of weeks off for this year's Spotlight Sports Survey, the weekly sports poll question has returned. This week, we want to know what is the toughest league in Section II football. Here are your five choices:
Class AA Empire Division -- Home to defending Section II champion Shenendehowa, perennial power Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa, Christian Brothers Academy, Guilderland, Bethlehem and Albany
Class AA Liberty Division -- Last year's Sectional runner up Columbia plays here along with Shaker, Schenectady, Niskayuna, Colonie and LaSalle
Class A Northwest Division -- Four-time Sectional champion Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake resides here where it receives tough competition from Amsterdam and Queensbury, along with Gloversville and South Glens Falls
Class B Reinfurt Division -- Lansingburgh arrives to challenge Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, Albany Academy, Cohoes, Hudson, Ichabod Crane and Green Tech
Class B West Division -- Glens Falls drops down from Class A to form a powerhouse league with three-time Sectional champion Schalmont, Schuylerville, Hudson Falls, Cobleskill, Johnstown and Broadalbin-Perth.
You know the drill by now. Cast your votes, and we'll reveal the results in next week's Spotlight editions. You have until midnight Monday, so get your votes in today.
